This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality.

How Long Are the Delays?

Unfortunately, we are seeing delays of up to 25 business days or more on some orders. Orders containing DTG (direct-to-garment) products including tees, tanks, totes, etc. may require four to six weeks production time.

We apologize for this delay but are assured that everything possible is being done to increase efficiencies and output.

Why is ThisĀ Happening?

The global COVID-19 pandemic has caused many shifts in normal operating procedures.

The vendor that fulfills our orders has noted that they are partnering with backup facilities to help us manage order volume, and routing orders to be fulfilled most efficiently. They've additionally indicated the following:

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal.

We're experiencing an increase in orders and newly registered customers similar to levels we see during Black Friday / Cyber Monday. We usually prepare for Cyber Week months in advance and spend weeks training additional staff. With social distancing and shelter-at-home measures in place, we can't scale up as quickly as we can during our peak season.

People are adjusting to new routines and returning to e-commerce, and weeks-long delays are being felt industry-wide. Our team is determined to keep doing their best and catch up with the order volume. We've been increasing our capacity, looking for more backup facilities, carefully resuming hiring, and investing in fulfillment equipment. We appreciate that you're with us.
